Finally, good coffee comes to Rehoboth!
My yearly vacation in Rehoboth has been wonderful in every way... except when it came to finding good coffee. There just wasn't any. A few years ago, baristas in Rehoboth's coffee shops were trying to tell me that cold brew and iced coffee were the same thing (yeesh). Now, everyone and their dog serves cold brew, but it's either weak, over-roasted, or both.
But not at Rise Up! Rise Up's coffee is legitimately good; if you're into third wave coffee I think you'll enjoy it. Hooray!
Coffee aside, Rise Up is a really nice space with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Lines get long, but they move fast enough. I ate there with my friends, and the general consensus on food was that it was ok, but could be better. Personally I had the avocado toast (of course I did - didn't you read my rant about coffee?) and it was super unimpressive. Instead of using good bread, they literally used regular old wheat bread from a loaf you get at the grocery store. Get it together on the food, guys! Everything else is great. -

Great coffee, super friendly staff. Fast service.
While staying in Rehoboth, we really needed good coffee in the morning and the AirBnB we were in just didn't have it. Most mornings, when the kids got up, I'd head over and get two large drip coffees as well as a double espresso for myself and a dry cappuccino for my wife.
The coffee hit the spot. It had enough caffeine to actually get us going in the morning and the drip was as good as the stuff I make in the mornings at home. The extra espresso drinks just made it that much better.
Even better, they sold me bananas at a pretty reasonable price to help with breakfast for the kids when I got back. All of that, including driving over, took 15-20 minutes, which meant I didn't have to abandon my wife with both kids for too long. We'll definitely be back. -

Coffee is pretty bland tasting. For organic coffee the pricing is good since you can get 24 oz for $2.75 but it won't be the best coffee you've ever had. Their espresso is the bland too since my cappuccino only tasted like steamed milk (my problem with many places).
The breakfast burritos were solid but I did not like the biscuit on the biscuit sandwich. Paying $8 for a bacon egg & cheese biscuit sandwich, you have high expectations for something that fits in your palm while the breakfast burrito at $9 is 3X a big. So the biscuit was yellow color throughout the inside attesting to the amount of butter used. I've never had a biscuit made with THAT much butter, and more was not better. It was extremely filling (in a gross fatty way) by mid-sandwich. -

This a great spot for a quick breakfast bite. The line was long but moved really fast and we got our food pretty quick. You order and they give you a number. Self seating and they bring your food to you. Plenty of seating.
Large Carmel latte- pretty good, not too sweet.
Rise up burrito- very good. Chorizo is a little spicy but expected. Would definitely get it again.
Rehoboth Beach sandwich - it was standard. Nothing special.
Biscuit breakfast sandwich- friend said he liked it. Biscuit could be better though.
Decent size parking lot. -

Randomly came across this and I couldn't say better things about the place. I came here all 4 days of my vacation. The staff was friendly and the coffee was even better.
